Hi, I'm Dmitry. I'm an engineer and team leader who loves solving problems and creating solutions that make a real difference. At Hippo, I work with an incredible team to tackle challenges in healthcare by building simple, effective, and impactful tools. With a background in engineering and finance, and experience in both fintech and healthcare, I bring a mix of technical know-how and practical decision-making to my work.

I'm all about keeping things balanced—whether it's in my work, my leadership style, or my everyday life. I believe in taking small, thoughtful steps, learning along the way, and staying focused on what really matters.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, photography, and learning new languages. Exploring new places and ideas keeps me curious and inspired.
